No doubt the most underrated and unappreciated character in the DMC series: Lucia.
I've been playing around with this idea/concept on how Lucia would look if/when Capcom decides to finally bring her back (and boy, they better)...well, at least if I had any say on how Lucia should/could look ^.^; Her beauty is very exotic and different, and she definitely could pull off a bit of a steampunk look, and also would kick more ass using lethal arm blades similar to what Rayne uses.
I'm trying to go for a "is sliding down the slant part of a building" look...or something. It may end up as something completely different. -shrugs-

And here comes an epic rant:
I think its awesome at how she's the only DMC girl so far who never showed off ridiculous amounts of cleavage or wear unbelievably short shorts to be alluring, unlike Trish & Lady (those poor characters reduced to serve the purpose merely as eye candy in DMC4, I don't think Capcom will ever take them seriously enough now, so we'll never see a day where we could play as Trish or Lady in spin-offs of the DMC series. Hopefully I'm wrong, I think its time to have Trish step out from under Dante's shadow and make a name for herself other than being known as his sidekick :/)
But enough about that.
I loved playing as her in DMC2, she totally kicked ass and the mystery that still surrounds her has made me adore this character and wish Capcom would simply do the right thing and make a remake of DMC2. If the developers could only see how much potential Lucia has to make a comeback, the world would be a better place :3
I don't understand Lucia-haters nor why a lot of people made fun of her Devil Trigger (I never thought she looked like a "retarded chicken from hell". My immediate response when seeing it for the first time was, "Wow, she looks like some sort of demonic angel. Wicked!").
Why on earth would they want Capcom to get rid of her and pretend DMC2 never existed? I thought being a true DMC fan (or anything you're a fan of) was all about supporting the series & developers--sure, communicate any likes/dislikes about the game(s) since they need to know what to use and what not to use when making the next installment, right? But don't beg them to just sweep their failures under the rug and pretend everything'll be fine. The guys responsible for DMC2 will never be able to undo the mistakes made nor wipe the series's reputation completely clean. Whether they like it or not, they're stuck with it, but its never a bad idea to consider doing a remake with new features and improved storyline, character development, and dialogue (there was so much potential to add all kinds of crazy new features and gameplay, it baffles me why they neglected to follow Kamiya's theme of a game/series that focuses on stylized combat.
I also hate how the games lost touch with the deep sense of melancholy in the environments and the gothic-horror element the original used a great deal of. I can recall how often I found the first game pretty eerie when playing alone in the dark--I always got chills and goosebumps whenever hearing the haunting laughter of the sin scythes/grim reapers (whatever) in the long and dark hallways and corridors (and how unsettling it was when you'd STILL hear them laugh even after killing them X[). I miss that feeling.
Despite being one of the very few Devil May Cry fans that enjoyed the hell out of playing the second, I agree that it didn't do the first game any justice, but it wasn't necessarily the WORST of all games. I mean I STILL enjoy playing it--in fact, I've always preferred the second over the third and fourth games for some reason.

I LOVE YOUR DRAWING! Your my hero I totally agree in everything I hate the fact that people hate on her I love her demon form so much I like to call fallen or demon Angel or something I love her so much how much I wish they bring her back even for a second or at least they can start a conversation about her but I searched the whole internet looking for news that may say they'll bring her back sadly I haven't found anything good news is that old Dante is coming back they way he used to be even though I may not like DmC reboot I'll still play it I'm a true fan since I was 5 funny I even read fanfiction make them and sometimes draw them on my sketch book I even have the dmc 4 shall never surrender song I loved it Capcom should bring her back you may never even read this but I just wanted to leave this here in case someone else reads it again nice job on the drawing I hope you finish it at least finish it for us Lucia fans if you see this comment
