-The Legion-

The Legion was an army [of thousands] all in one; a god-like demon created by Mundus from the darkness and Earth’s methias (the “lifestream” of Gaia, located deep within the core of the planet); it was a Garou born without a soul, and its sole purpose was to act as a portal for Hell’s minions to cross over into the human world.

Hell’s ideal soldier, the demon was large and powerful with wolfish characteristics like the Garou (Gaia’s Werewolf-Warriors) and a haunting demonic aura. The demon always appeared as hundreds of large black wolves with an even larger one being the “true” operator of the pack; the hellish fiends move as one, blindly going forward as an unstoppable force spreading pandemonium like a disease. It had an insatiable hunger for malice and destruction, and was the epitome of chaos.

Mundus himself could not control nor contain the Legion for long. The darkness in which he used to help create the demon had also given it free-will. While the methias was what gave the fiend physical form and the ability to enter the human world freely, the darkness became personified and tangible. It developed a conscious and was what motivated the Legion to act on its own will. This change, however, did not happen overnight, it took time for the Darkness to manifest itself within the being. It bequeathed the Legion with the power to summon it and wield its power against all.
